Crespi (4-0) took a big step toward defending their 2009 Easton Showdown Tournament championship with a 13-2 semifinal win at Rio Mesa (3-1). Ryon Healy took the mound for the Celts and fired 6 innings. He only allowed 2 runs, 7 hits, and striking out 9. Additionally, Healy also added 3 hits, which included a home run, and 5 RBI to his own cause. Rio Mesa drew first blood in the first inning as Dan Lerma doubled home Mo Griffith.Crespi tied the game in the second inning on Austin Walker's 2-out home run. The Celts scored 4 more runs in the third inning as Josh Mason singled and Ryan Brockett walked.
